Francesca and Maurizio host the week's third visit at Cottage Lodge Hotel in Brockenhurst in The New Forest. The pair have a background in high-end hotels, and their green approach to hospitality leaves some of the B&Bers impressed but a tree hugging trip divides the group in the afternoon.
